Delivery fees vary based on distance and may be subject to change. The applicable delivery fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

6.3 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are approximations based on distance, current order volume, and traffic conditions. While we strive to meet estimated times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delays may occur during peak hours, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.4 Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Provide access instructions for gated communities or buildings
  • Make yourself available by phone

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, inaccessibility, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our restaurant without refund.

7.2 Seating and Reservations

Seating is generally available on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept reservations for parties of four or more. Reservations do not guarantee specific table placement or exact seating times, though we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate preferences.

7.3 Conduct

We expect all customers to:

7.4 Takeaway Orders

Takeaway orders can be placed by phone or through our website. Please allow 10-15 minutes for order preparation. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Unclaimed takeaway orders will be held for 30 minutes, after which no refund will be provided.

8. Food Safety and Allergens
